Background Checks

Coach background checks must be conducted as defined by the Pacific District of USA Hockey and the ASHA screening policy. The procedure is a bit cumbersome, but there is not much we can do about it since ASHA requires that we use their procedure. First read the ASHA screening instructions. The instructions contain specific information that must be entered into several of the form fields.

The next step is to visit the Acxiom Information Security web site and actually complete backgroud screening form.
